A career development program held on 25th June 2022 at Christian college Bangalore.
The topic was “Career planning before it’s too late”
The Speaker was Dr. Rajdeep Manwani, Distinguished Toastmaster International and professor & Director of Academic research, Sindhi college.
This program was attended by more than 300 students of our college.
Dr. Rajdeep Manwani, explained the main reason why people fail to achieve success in their life, by giving examples. The emotions that stops people from being successful is FEAR.
Most people never see their true potential because of fear of failure.
People fall in three categories;
1. To look always good
2. To feel always good and
3. To be good always
We should be in the, feel always good and the be good always category. We should never be worried about what others says about us. As long as we do good, we need not require the certificate of others.
To a question of a student as to how to know whether we are doing right or wrong things? He replied it’s right if you get yes to the following 3 Questions.
1. Will you do it in a place of worship?
2. Will you do it before your parents?
3. Will you do it before your children and spouse?
If the answer to the above is “No” – you should never do it.
The Principals of Nursing Ms. Blossom Maria Emmanuel, Principal of AHS Mr. Suderson Suriya Mouli, Principal of Management Dr. Abraham Joseph attended the program. Students from Management and AHS coordinated the program.
