Introduction
A workshop on the “Impact of Effective Communication Skills on Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Development” was organized by the Cultural Committee to help students and staff enhances their interpersonal abilities and leadership potential. The workshop aimed to highlight how effective communication can improve emotional intelligence (EI) and contribute to leadership development, both in professional and personal settings.
About the Speaker
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Sudha Tiwari, a highly experienced educator with 22 years of teaching expertise in Commerce and Management. Dr. Tiwari is currently serving as a Senior Assistant Professor at the Army Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore, and is also actively involved as an IQAC and Placement Coordinator.
